Connecticut Cheese + Connecticut Beer = Love

Cato Corner Farm has a new website and the first blog post is a series of pairings of Cato cheeses with Connecticut Beers. If you want an easy idea for a fun get together, grab a selection of local cheeses and some local beers. Arrange the cheeses from mildest to strongest inflavor and dole out sips of the different beers in shot glasses, and see which pairings you prefer. I did this on a sheet of brown paper so it would be easy to take notes as we tasted.
